Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #19
24 year old who desired improvement in the nasal countour. She was concerned with having a nose that was over done. She was unhappy with the dorsal hump and she also thought that her nasal tip was too big and wide. She was also unhappy with the drooping of the tip. She underwent open rhinoplasty with inverted “V” incision on the columella. She had reduction of the dorsal hump which required rasping of the bone as well as shaping of the cartilage. She also had a cephalic trim as well as tip suturing to narrow the nasal tip and rotate the tip upward slightly.
Individual results may vary.
