Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #12
39 year old who desired improvement in her nasal shape. She had been wanting to undergo a rhinoplasty surgery for a very long time and felt that it was time to have the procedure done. She was unhappy with the large bump as well as the drooping of her nasal tip. She underwent open rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction was performed by shaving part of the nasal bone as well as the cartilage. She also has suturing of the lower cartilages to help with nasal tip projection as well as cephalic trim and nasal tip rotation to help provide an aesthetically appealing nose.

Before & After: Case #13
Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #13
24 year old who had complaints of nasal airway obstruction secondary to deviation of the septum as well as a very narrow internal nasal valve. She underwent open rhinoseptoplasty, with removal of part of the septum to be used as grafts. She had placement of bilateral spreader grafts to widen the internal nasal valve as well as bilateral submucous resection of the inferior turbinates.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #15
30 year old who had nasal airway obstruction secondary to deviated nasal septum as well as hypertrophy of the nasal turbinates. She also wanted improvement in the nasal shape. She underwent septoplasty to help with the nasal obstruction as well as submucous resection of bilateral inferior turbinates. There was placement of bilateral spreader grafts, reduction of nasal hump as well as slight rotation of the nasal tip.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #16
35 year old who was solely unhappy with the drooping nasal tip. He wanted improvement in the nasal tip only. He underwent open rhinoplasty with extensive tip suturing. Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #17
43 year old unhappy with the shape of her nose. She desired a more defined shape to her nose. On exam it was found that the tip support was poor. She therefore underwent open rhinoplasty with osteotomies performed to slightly narrow the bony part of the nose. The tip was addressed by performing a cephalic trim and tip suturing. Further projection was obtained by placing a columella strut graft. A more defined nasal contour was obtained with better tip projection and tip support.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Case #18
18 year old who had multiple nasal fractures throughout his life. He had breathing difficulty through both nostrils. On exam he had a significantly deviated nasal septum with bilateral airway obstruction secondary to the septum as well as the inferior turbinate. He underwent a septoplasty to help straighten the septum. The nasal bones were also deviated, therefore osteotomies were performed to help the alignment. Bilateral spreader grafts were placed to straighten and also strengthen the septum. Bilateral submucus resection of the inferior turbinates were done to help open the nasal airway.
