Facelift Before & After: Case #4
 
73 year old desired improvement in the face and neck contour. She was unhappy with the excess skin in the neck area and also wanted improvement of the jowls. She also wanted more fullness in the cheek area. She underwent a facelift with SMAS plication as well as platysma plication. She had a resultant improvement in the neck contour as well as improvement of the jowl area and more fullness of the cheek/malar area.

Facelift Before & After: Case #5
 
53 year old unhappy with her neck area. She felt that there is no definition of the neck area and chin. She wanted an improvement in the neck and chin contour. She therefore underwent a liposuction procedure under general anesthesia. In addition to the liposuction of the submental area, a neck lift was also performed, including plication of the platysma (neck) muscle.
