Breast Revision Before & After: Case #19
45 year old, 5’2″, 124 lbs, who had previous breast augmentation performed in 1997. She had significant rippling as well has lateral and inferior displacement of the implants. She underwent removal of 330 cc saline implants with placement of 550 cc smooth round high profile silicone implants. Also, lateral capsulorrhaphy and inferior capsulorrhaphy was performed with placement of strattice. Her bra size changed from 34C to 34DD.
