Breast Revision Before & After: Case #17
39 year old, 5’5″ and 145 lbs, had undergone breast augmentation surgery in 2000 with 550 cc saline implants placed in subglandular location. Her implants remained soft thru the years but she was unhappy with the appearance and palpability of the implants. She underwent placement of 550 cc smooth round high profile silicone implants in a subglandular location with a full (inverted T) mastopexy. Her bra size remained 36DD.
