Breast Revision Before & After: Case #15
A 53 year old woman, 5’4″ and 126 lbs, had Grade IV capsular contracture (scar hardening) and rupture of silicone implants. She underwent complete removal of the scar tissue (capsule) and removal of ruptured implants with placement of new smooth round silicone implants, 500 cc per side. She went from 36D to 36DD.
