Breast Revision Before & After: Case #14
A 39 year old woman, 5’6″ and 125 lbs, had placement of saline implants via TUBA (transumbilical breast augmentation). She had malpositioning and hardening of implants. She underwent capsulotomy, removal and replacement of implants with smooth round silicone implants, 550 cc per side. She went from 36C to 36D.
