47 year old 5’2”, 145 lbs with history of breast augmentation with saline implants 20 years ago wanted improvement in breast shape and wanted to be smaller. She underwent unrolling of the pectoralis muscle and placement of Sientra HSC Plus 470 cc High Profile silicone gel implants and full mastopexy.
