Breast Revision Before & After: Case #2
 
52 year old 5’8”, 195 lbs with history of breast augmentation 20 years ago with 450 cc saline implants.  She wanted removal of her breast implants and a lift performed.  She was also interested in fat transfer to help fill in the upper pole after the implant was removed.  She underwent bilateral breast implant removal with full lift as well as fat transfer to the upper pole.  She had 200 cc of fat transferred to each breast.

41 year old 5’7”, 172 lbs with history of 20 year old silicone breast implants want to have improvement in breast shape and reduction of areola size but wanted to keep a very natural shape.  She underwent removal and replacement with 650 cc Sientra HSC High Profile silicone gel implants and bilateral areola reduction (Benelli).

48 year old 5’5”, 120 lbs with rupture of 10 year old saline implant.  She also had previous vertical mastopexy at the time of her saline implant placement.  She also has complaint of the implants sitting too high and not being natural.  She underwent bilateral capsulectomy with placement of 240cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants and a full mastopexy.  Her bra size remaind unchanged.

Breast Revision Before & After: Case #8
 
32 year old 5’1”, 112 lbs with a history of breast augmentation 8 years prior with 375 cc moderate plus silicone implants, desired to go larger.  She had removal of old implants with placement of 520 cc full profile silicone implants thru the same periareolar incision.  Her bra size changed from 34C to 34DD.

Breast Revision Before & After: Case #9
 
61 year old 5’4”, 127 lbs with history of 30 year old silicone implants that demonstrated rupture on MRI desired replacement of silicone implants and mastopexy.  Her original implants were placed in front of the muscle (subglandular).  She underwent a staged procedure, which included bilateral capsulectomy and removal of ruptured silicone implants as well as full mastopexy.  She was allowed to heal and then underwent subsequent breast augmentation with placement of 385 cc smooth round full profile silicone implant, placed behind the muscle.  Her bra size changed from 36DD to 36D.

A 40 year old woman, 5’3″ and 135 lbs, with bilateral capsular contractures and drooping of her breasts. She had implant deflation preoperatively to aid marking. She underwent removal and replacement of implants, capsulotomy, full mastopexy with placement of smooth round silicone implants, 400 cc per side, remaining a 32DD.
