Breast Reduction Before & After: Case #24
58 year old, 5’11”, 210 lbs, who had complaints of shoulder grooving from her bra straps secondary to her large breasts weighing down. She also had complaints of neck and back pain as well. She also had prominent breast asymmetry. She therefore underwent bilateral breast reduction to help improve her symptoms as well as improve the asymmetry. She had removal of 616 grams of breast tissue from the left breast and 350 grams of breast tissue from the right breast. Bra size changed from 38DDD to 38D.
