40 year old, 5’2” and 146 lbs, with severe complaints of neck pain and shoulder pain secondary to her large breasts underwent bilateral breast reduction with removal of 874 grams from the left breast and 915 grams from the right breast. Her bra size changed from 34H to 34D.
