Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #58
44 year old who had previous breast augmentation. She had developed breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and acellular dermis. She later had removal of the tissue expanders and placement of 550 cc smooth round high profile silicone implants.
