Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #55
64 year old who underwent bilateral wise pattern mastectomy. She desired smaller breasts. She underwent immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and acellular dermis. She later had placement of 800 cc smooth round high profile silicone implants. She also had reconstruction of the nipple and areola. Bra size changed from 42 DD to 42.
