Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #49
49 year old, 5’4”, 189 lbs with history of left partial mastectomy with involved margins, underwent bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander reconstruction. She had a second stage reconstruction which included placement of 750 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants. At her 3rd stage of reconstruction she underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction.
