Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #48
52 year old, 5’8”, 168 lbs with left breast cancer desired to have bilateral mastectomy. She underwent immediate reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and alloderm at the time of her mastectomy. She later underwent delayed reconstruction with placement of 800 cc high profile silicone implants. For the 3rd stage of her breast reconstruction, she underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction.
