Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #46
33 year old, 5’7”, 124 lbs with right breast cancer desired bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Bilateral tissue expander and alloderm were placed at the 1st stage surgery. She later underwent placement of 550 cc high profile silicone implants. At the 3rd stage, she underwent bilateral nipple and areola reconstruction.
