Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #42
59 year old, 5’3”, 176 lbs with history of previous breast augmentation and removal of implants with full lift, was diagnosed with left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expander and alloderm. She later had placement of 750 cc ultra-high profile silicone gel implants.
