Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #38
60 year old, 5’3”, 125 lbs with history of left breast cancer, had history of previous subglandular breast augmentation with capsular contracture. She underwent left mastectomy via inframammary incision and placement of a tissue expander and alloderm. At her second stage surgery, she had removal of the tissue expander and placement of 620 cc moderate plus saline implant as well as additional alloderm. She also underwent capsulectomy and placement of 300 cc moderate plus saline implant in a subpectoral plane on the right side.
