Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #32
40 year old, 5’5”, 160 lbs with history of right breast cancer, underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via inframammary incision. She underwent a stage reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and alloderm. She later had removal of the tissue expander and placement of 600 cc high profile silicone gel implants.
