Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #31
52 year old with history of breast abnormalities, underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via an inframammary incision. She had a two stage reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and alloderm during the first surgery. She later underwent placement of 650 cc ultrahigh profile smooth round silicone implants.
