Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #30
35 year old, 5’4”, 205 lbs with history of BRCA gene underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via an inframammary incision. She under 1st stage reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and alloderm. She then had removal of the tissue expanders and placement of moderate plus saline implants.
