Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #26
50 year old with diagnosis of left breast cancer desired bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via a radial incision. She had placement of bilateral tissue expanders and alloderm at the time of the mastectomy. She later underwent placement of 495 cc smooth round responsive silicone gel implants.
