Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #24
45 year old, 5’3”, 175 lbs with history of right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via an inframammary incision. She had a two stage reconstruction via tissue expander placement for the 1st stage and then placement of moderate plus saline implants for 2nd stage.
