Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #20
57 year old, 5’6”, 216 lbs with right breast cancer desired to have bilateral mastectomy. She underwent immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and alloderm. She underwent delayed placement of 900 cc saline implant prosthesis. She later underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction.
