Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #14
41 year old, 5’8”, 120 lbs, with history of BRCA gene, had previous breast augmentation. She desires risk reduction surgeon and underwent bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander reconstruction, all performed thru an inframammary incision. She later underwent placement of 590 cc ultra-high profile silicone implants.
