68 year old, 5’3”, 140 lbs with right breast cancer desired to have bilateral mastectomy. She had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy thru a radial incision with bilateral placement of tissue expanders and alloderm. She later underwent 2nd stage reconstruction with placement of 515 cc low height, moderate plus projection memory shape silicone implant.
