Breast Lift Before & After: Case #38
38 year old, 5’4″, 135 lbs, with a history of 2 pregnancies and breast feeding, was unhappy with the look of her breasts. She desired larger breasts with more fullness in the upper pole. She had a left breast that was slightly lower than the right breast. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round moderate plus 475 cc silicone gel implants. She also had a crescent mastopexy on the left side to lift the breast up and have better symmetry. Bra size changed from 34B to 34DD.
