Breast Lift Before & After: Case #36
32 year old, 5’7″, 182 lbs, underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 550 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants. The implants were placed behind the muscle thru a periareolar incision. Patients also underwent bilateral circumareolar mastopexy to elevate the nipple and areolar complex as well as to obtain better symmetry of the nipple and areola complex. Bra size changed from 36B to 36DDD.
