35 year old, 5’9″ and 130 lbs, desired fuller and lifted breasts. She had bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with 400 cc high profile silicone gel implants. She also underwent full (wise-pattern) mastopexy. Her bra size changed from 34B to 34D.
