32 year old, 5’4″ and 125 lbs, underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with 450 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She also has breast ptosis and underwent circumareolar (donut) mastopexy at the same time. Her bra size changed from 32B to 32 DD.
