Breast Lift Before & After: Case #24
40 year old, 5’4″ and 135 lbs, lost 104 lbs by gastric bypass surgery. She desired fuller and lifted breasts. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with 375 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implants and underwent concomitant vertical mastopexy. Her bra sized changed from 34C to 34 DD.
