36 year old 5’4″ 118 lbs underwent gastric bypass resulting in 112 lb weight loss. She underwent breast augmentation with a benelli (circumareolar) lift. 390 cc smooth round saline implants were placed bilaterally. Bra size went from 34 B to 34 Full C.
