Breast Lift Before & After: Case #2
46 year old, 5’8″, 155 lbs, with history of 2 pregnancies and nursing. She stated that she wear a 36 C bra but does not fill out her bra verywell. She wanted to be fuller and have more upper pole fullness without having to wear a bra. She therefore underwent bilateral vertical mastopexy with placement of 500 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. Her bra size changed from 36B-C to 36D.
