41 year old, 5’2″, 136 lbs, with history of 3 pregnancies and breast feeding was unhappy with her breasts. She had previous breast augmentation performed with saline implants and fell that her breasts were too low. She underwent remove and replace of her saline implants with 475 cc smooth round moderate plus saline implants as well as a full (wise pattern) mastopexy. Her bra size remained unchanged at 36DD.

35 year old, 5’2″, 126 lbs, with 2 prior pregnancies and breast feeding desired to gain the volume back that she lost shortly after nursing. She wanted to have larger, fuller breasts, as well as more upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants. The implants were placed behind the muscle thru a periareola incision. Given the discrepancy between the sizes of the two breasts, a 425 cc implant was placed on the left and a 375 cc implant was placed on the right as well a benelli mastopexy performed. Her bra size changed from 34B to 34D.
