Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #121
32 year old, 5’3”, 110 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She had a history of previous pregnancy with breast feeding. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, with the use of Keller Funnel. She had placement of 345 cc smooth round moderate profile Soft Touch silicone implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 32A to 32D.
