22 year old, 5’9”, 132 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, with the use of Keller Funnel and placement of 415 cc smooth round full profile silicone implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 32C to 32DD.
