36 year old, 5’8”, 127 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, with the use of Keller Funnel and placement of 415cc full profile smooth round Soft Touch silicone implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34D.
