22 year old, 5’3”, 125 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through a periareolar incision, with the use of Keller Funnel and placement of 385 cc full profile silicone implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 32B to 32D.
