31 year old, 5’2”, 110 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, with the use of Keller Funnel and placement of 330 cc smooth round silicone gel implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 32A to 32D.
