Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #82
43 year old, 5’3”, 170 lbs desired larger and fuller breasts. She complained about her breast deflating after her 3 pregnancies and breast feeding. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation via periareolar incision. She had subpectoral placement of 500 cc high profile silicone gel implant on the left and 550 cc on the right. He bra size changed from 36B to 36D-DD.
