30 year old, 5’6” 120 lbs, with a previous pregnancy and breast feeding, desired to have larger and fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 400 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants via a periareolar incision. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34C.
