31 year old 5’1”, 105 lbs who desired larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation via a periareolar incision with 325 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants. The implants were placed in a subpectoral (behind the muscle) position. Bra size changed from 32B to 32D
