24 year old, 5’3”, 125 lbs desired to have fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 400 smooth round high profile silicone gel implants, through an inframammary (tuck) incision, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34C.
