Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #69
38 year old, 5’4″, 145 lbs, with history of 2 pregnancies and breast feeding, felt she had lost the volume in the breasts and wanted more fullness. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round moderate plus silicone implants through a periareolar incision. 375 cc implants were placed behind the muscle changing her bra size from 34A to 34C.
