30 year old, 5’1”, 130 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision (tuck), behind the muscle with the use of Keller Funnel, with 275 cc smooth round moderate profile Soft Touch silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34C.
