Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #34
35 year old, 5’2”, 127 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, behind the muscle with the use of Keller Funnel, with 405 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implant on the left and 445 cc on the right. Her bra size changed from 34B to 34DD.
