26 year old, 5’5”, 125 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through a periareolar incision, behind the muscle with the use of Keller Funnel, with 360 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34C.
