44 year old, 5’8”, 140 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, behind the muscle with the use of Keller Funnel, with 375 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 36A to 36C.
