29 year old, 5’4”, 125 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, behind the musclewith the use of Keller Funnel, with 450 cc smooth round full profile silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34D.
