32 year old, 5’5”, 179 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, behind the musclewith the use of Keller Funnel, with 405 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implant on the left and 445 cc on the right. Her bra size changed from 36B to 36DD.
